Discussion of Technological Cooperation at ASU

Astrakhan State University has taken part in the Conference “Export-Oriented Small and Medium Business as Innovative Base to Enhance Competitiveness of Regional Economy”, which has been held in honor of the Entrepreneur’s Day.

Our University has become a site for the section “Technological Cooperation (Technology Transfer) – Opportunities, Features, Tools, and Research Programs by the European Union and by the Fund for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises in Science and Technology”. The key speakers were Mr. Andre-Serge Mikouiza (Head of the Astrakhan Regional Innovation Center) and Mr. Evgeny Zhivoglazov (Deputy General Manager of the Russian Agency of Small and Medium Business Support). The constituents of technological cooperation, stages of technology transfer, barriers and challenges in the field of technology transfer for small and medium business have been under consideration at the event.
