Scientific Conference at Chemical Department of ASU

The main goal of this Conference is to enhance the theoretical and the experimental level of researches that are undertaken in the field of Chemistry. Over 200 researchers have participated in the Conference, including our guests from Australia, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Belarus, as well as from other region of Russia.

The Conference has been opened by Prof. Nariman Alykov (Astrakhan State University, Russia) and by Prof. Rakhmetulla Nasirov (Atyrau State University, Kazakhstan). The Plenary Session has also included reports by Prof. Ahmed Mohamed Raheem (Menoufia University, Egypt) and by Dr. Elvira Matveeva (Astrakhan State University).

The further agenda of the Conference consisted of the following sections:

• Chemistry & Biological Activity of Synthetic & Natural Compounds;

• Mathematical Modeling & Physical Chemical Researches in Ecological Systems, Efficient Technologies in Ecology, Exploration, Recovery, Transportation, & Refinery of Fossils;

• Analytical Chemistry to Resolve Ecological & Biological Issues;

• Relevant Issues of Education in Chemistry.

In general, the section meetings have considered with issues related to technologies of products creation, to physical and chemical researches and analytical chemical control of properties of substance, materials, and environmental objects, as well as to ecologically safe and resource-saving methods to process natural and artificial raw materials.

Besides mature researchers, a large number of young students have also taken part in this event. After exchanging the results of their researches in the field of Chemistry and chemical production, both the participants and the organizers have remarked that arrangement of such conferences on a regular basis will definitely encourage talented young people to work and research in the field of Chemistry. All the participants have received a certificate confirming their participation.
