Civil Servants Learn More about Contract System of Procurement

  The Institute of Continuing Education of Astrakhan State University has launched its professional retraining courses “Contract System & Procurement Management”. The range of trainees includes staff of a number of Astrakhan’s medical, educational, police, and construction institutions.

The entire program is delivered by Dr. Irina Lavrentyeva, an experienced lawyer whose professional experience includes years of civil service. The trainees will learn about the basic principles and means to place orders for state and municipal needs, about the legal regulation base to place an order, as well as about terms and procedures of signing and executing state and municipal contracts, etc. Upon their completion of the program, they all shall receive a certificate of professional retraining.
