President’s Award

Astrakhan State University has received a Commemorative Medal by President of the Russian Federation for its contribution to arrangement of events related to the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics and Paralympics.

On March 11, 2015, the official awards ceremony took place at the Residence of Governor of Astrakhan Region. Besides, Mr. Alexander Zhilkin, Governor of Astrakhan Region, has granted certificates to the best sportspeople and trainers of our Region for their outstanding progress in 2014.
