Designers Congratulate ASU on Teacher’s Day

Today the Mirror Hall of Building #5 of Astrakhan State University has become the venue for an exhibition dedicated to the Teacher’s Day. The event has been organized by our Chair of Graphical Design.

The exposition “Astrakhan Motifs” includes mainly images of architectural constructions located in our city. Faculty staff of the Chair of Graphical Design has selected the most interesting works of art for this event; the works were painted by our students a couple of months ago during their summer practical training program. They include sketches of streets and buildings, as well as watercolor pictures by our students who study Architecture or Design.

Such activities are indeed essential for our students, as a direct contact with a painted object makes it possible for them to feel the reality, to reflect their feelings and sensations on paper, which will certainly help them create their design and architectural projects.

The Chair of Graphical Design would like to congratulate all the members of the faculty staff of Astrakhan State University on their professional holiday.
