2nd Place Taken in Virtual Business Administration Championship

A team of staff members of Astrakhan State University has taken the 2nd place in the Virtual Business Administration Championship of Astrakhan Region. This event has taken place from April 14 to April 16, 2015 as a part of the Days of Innovations of Astrakhan Region; it has been backed by the Presidential Program of Training for Managers.
Participation in the Championship gives a good chance both to apply theoretical knowledge and use managerial and personal skills in practice. Twenty teams have taken part in this event. The Championship has included two stages: 2 selection tours and the final stage.
Our University has been represented by four teams. During a business game, the participants were to develop a strategy and a set of management decisions in the field of marketing, production, HR, finances, and logistics. Three teams of ASU have reached the final stage. As a result of the whole event, one of those three teams has taken the 2nd place: Maria Bicharova, Marionella Kolokoltseva, Ekaterina Kryukova, Sofya Kuksenko.
