Opening the event, Dr. Lyudmila Kasyanova, Dean of the Department, has pointed out that attention towards war veterans must not be limited just with traditional holiday events in May; everyone should show profound respect towards people who served on the home front during World War Two wherever and whenever one meets such people. There are many creative people with an extraordinary biography among our veterans whose lives span decades of teaching experience at our University. No doubt Ms. Zinaida Dubinina is one of them; she graduated from our University in 1947 and worked as our faculty staff member for over 40 years.
